Ideal and absolutely great place, I really enjoyed accommodating personnel.

i had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent next to many key sights, cafes, bars, shops, coffee & wine bars, the verona arena and all main attractions, and verona. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. the food served was good.

We got a room with bidet.

the total stay was great on holiday. the room was clean and new-fashioned and had personal bathroom plus a microwave oven and coffee/tea making facilities. the bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff there were very, very nice.

Communication about hotel access left much to be desired!!! After arriving, we struggled to locate the BnB, faced delays in response time, and had unexpected issues with the refrigerator and coffee machine!!! There's definitely room for improvement!!!

The room was well-appointed and offered a cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Verona.

The breakfast options were quite limited, with only prepackaged items that left much to be desired.

The Superior King Room was a cozy retreat with clean comfort. The little drawer treat of espresso pods and cookies turned a simple night into a sweet escape. Plus, being just a hop away from the Arena made it easy to dive into Verona's vibrant culinary scene, with local gems like Ichiban and Peperino Pizza and Cucina Verace just a stroll away!

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown-just prepackaged toast and biscuits with a shy dollop of jam. The arrival process could use some sprucing up too, as we were asked to pay in cash.

The Superior King Room offered a nice, spacious atmosphere. It certainly has potential for relaxation. The layout is functional for a couple looking to unwind after a long day.

The arrival process was a bit of a hassle. There was no clear communication about hotel access-just a buzzer and a long wait. The place itself felt more like an apartment with shared facilities rather than a full hotel atmosphere, as there wasn't much room for any social interaction with other guests. Breakfast was pretty basic. Just prepackaged toast and biscuits that didn't exactly impress, and the refrigerator's noise was a bit distracting, not to mention it was due for a cleanup. Even the coffee machine was out of service in the Beautiful Double Room I stayed in. It's pretty disappointing when you expect a cup of coffee in the morning.

My stay was really nice, with a spacious and clean room that made me feel at home. I loved unwinding in the cozy lounge area and enjoyed some quiet time in the garden. The only hiccup was a bit of confusion with the entry process, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Great hotel in a marvelous and brilliant location close to the center. Our superior king room was spotless and incredible, with a city view. - the staff was nice and great!
